Our traditional clambake menu

(per person) includes a full pound of clams (varietal by season), 1/2 pound of shrimp, Imported Kielbasa and Andouille Sausage - Accompanied by freshly picked  Corn on the Cob, Red Bliss Potatoes, Onions, Garlic, and our blend of CBOC  seasonings.  Served with Homemade Cocktail Sauce, Drawn Butter, and  Crusty Baguettes of Sour Dough Bread and dipping pesto.   All on sight, full service events require a minimum of 24 guests on weekends during season- March thru Nov 7  &  is subject to 18% gratuity.

Our “Low Country Boil” 

The term Low Country Boil refers to a coastal boil where the main attraction is shellfish.  The spices and flavorings vary by regions with the Cajun Boil being the spiciest, and the “Low Country Boil” having it’s origins around Georgia the Carolinas using more savory spices and a bit less heat.  Of course you can order your “tidewater boil” to suit your tastes and we can turn up the heat of you’d like.   

For Shrimp boils of 14 to 60 guests, $37.00 per person

For Shrimp boils of 61 to 99  guests, $35.00 per person

For Shrimp boils of 100 or more guests, $31.00 per person

 Children under 10  and under are treated to hot dogs and the trimmings compliments of Clambake OC.  Just give us the count.


Care to Customize?  We can mix and match or delete any of  the following,  Mussels, Lobster Tails, Whole Lobsters, Blue Crabs, Alaskan King  Crab Legs, Crawfish,  Langostino.  Just speak with a planner and we’ll do our best to suit your tastes.  Special  Order Seafood is Market Price 7 days prior to event.  Last minute bookings?  Please allow at least 3 business days for specialty and live seafood orders.   All specialty seafood is subject to availability.  



We've solved the over booked problem. We now DELIVER your seafood feast, steaming hot and ready to enjoy nearly anywhere in O.C. including your home, office, beach, tailgate or even to your boat. Please allow us 2 days notice & up to 4  if ordering specialty live seafood.  

The Full Boat - Choose from an appetizer ,salad, and homemade dessert for an additional $18.00 per person.  (with exception of buratta platter)

Mediterranean Platter: Hummus, Sesame Flat Bread, Dolmas, Imported Gouda Cheese, Assorted olives, garnished with nuts and fruits - 125.

Bruschetta and Buratta Platter, crustini.  Organic vine ripened tomatoes with fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil, and garlic, served with buratta, the ambrosia of all cheeses.  ( Based upon availability)  Small 95, comes with 3 burattas, Large 160 , comes with 5 burattas

CLAM CHOWDER!  Either Manhattan or New England Style Clam Chowder served piping hot with oyster crackers.  7.50 per guest

RAW BAR  -  Your own private shucker serving you the finest oysters on the half shell accompanied with cocktail and mignonette sauce. 39.00 per dozen.  Minimum Order 4 dozen.  Standard oysters include Kumimoto, Kushi and Fannie Bay.  Market price subject to change.  




All salads are 95.00 for the small (up to 24 people)  and 170.00 for the large. (Serves up to 40)

House salad: Fresh crisp iceberg and romaine lettuces, red cabbage, topped with our ‘House” dressing, made with fresh buttermilk, sour cream, and imported Parmesan Cheese-  Homemade Croutons 

Mixed green:  Assorted red and green leaf and romaine lettuces, crunchy vegetables, olives,  served with house made  vinaigrette. 



Fresh Seasonal Berry Cobbler served with either creme anglaise or whipped cream.  Half Sheet Serves up to 14 guests 75.00  Whole Sheet Serves up to 24 guests 125.00  *  Our baker's specialty and a true taste of summertime.  


S'Mores Bar - Vast assortment of premium chocolates, marshmallows and graham crackers for the treats we all love.  We even bring the fire.  Gluten free available. 6.75 per guest  

Seasonal cupcakes:  Our specialty is pumpkin with vanilla cream cheese frosting $36.00 per dozen, but chocolate and vanilla are great too. 


Iced cold lemonade or iced tea served with fresh lemons, mint,  sugar/sweeteners, and  beverage cups.  

2  Gallons serves up to 24 guests  $65.00
